I started using Reiki when I was 10 years old to heal myself from autoimmune disease, I later realised what Reiki was when I experienced my first Psychic Surgery when I was 15 Years old. Then I became interested in spirituality and started learning about it. The things I had been doing intuitively at age 10 was all starting to make sense to me. Now in my 30’s I work in a very Unique way I call empowerment healing. I don’t just want to heal your physical body or your mind, I want to teach you about yourself and give you the personal realisations and therefore the power to heal the issue from the very core. We find out what it is that you need to learn to overcome the issue. Then you have the wisdom for you for a lifetime to empower you, stepping into your full potential. I use a mix of Master Reiki, Life Coaching, Transformational Hypnosis, and Shamanic Healing in all my work. 

I am a qualified and insured in all these area’s and use a mix of my life’s knowledge for profound results. In person sessions range from about 30 minutes – 2 hours depending on what you want to see me for. Heavy energy removal, is a session were you are stood up throughout and we remove the painful memories, stored trauma and suppressed emotions that are trapped in the body. Empowerment Reiki, is were you are laying down and receive energy healing for the body as well a cognitive repair for the mind. For a Shamanic Healing you will be asked to choose a stone to work with for the session and this is laying down. 

I’m located Suffolk / Essex borders in the east of England. If you live far away or are unable to travel I offer empowerment heal yourself 1:1 over video call or monthly distant healing. 

To heal a past or future event we would have a heal yourself 1:1 over video or phone call and I will guid you through the process for healing and use the relevant Reiki symbols at these events in time to provide healing.
